The characteristics of our oil decolorization tower are as following:
(1) The main structure of the decolorization tower is a round cylinder sealing tower, with isolated plate by which the oil’s moving can be controlled;
(2) Some separate plates are fixed in the tower, which can effectively prevent the oil’s short circuit and reduce the residence time;
(3) With the indirect steam heating and direct steam stirring, it is beneficial to remove the moisture and air in the oil and carclazyte, improving the effect of oil decolorization.
Decolorization Tower applies to soybean oil, cotton seed oil, rapeseed oil, camellia seed oil, corn germ oil, rice bran oil, sunflower seed oil, etc.
