 The soybean extraction line designed by Wintone Machinery adopts uses advanced process design, with easy installation of equipment, safe characteristic and automation, small energy consumption, good effect of extraction, low residual oil in meal, and good quality of meal and oil.

The soybean extraction plant applies to soybean, cotton seed, rapeseed, camellia seed, sunflower seed, rice bran, corn germ, etc.

The soybean extraction main equipment: rotary multi cell extractor with stainless steel gate or drag chain extractor, D.T.D.C desolventizer-toaster, total negative pressure evaporator, paraffin recovery equipment, etc.

Our advantage of soybean oil extraction line:
1.Scientific soybean oil extraction design with lowest solvent addition. Wintone adopts vacuum evaporation, and solvent soaking or spaying method to extract soybean crude oil from soybean with high oil yield and low residual oil in soybean meal.
2.Environmental protective exhausted gas absorption system. There are complete sets of exhausted gas absorption system equipped with all process flow of oil extraction. This soybean oil extraction project is featured by low pollution, low energy consumption, low failure rate and stable operation.
