Oilseed Extraction Machine

The oilseed extraction line applies to soybean, palm fruit, cotton seed, rapeseed, peanut, camellia seed, sunflower seed, rice bran, corn germ, safflower seed, etc.

The oilseed extraction plant main Equipment: rotary multi cell extractor with stainless steel gate or drag chain extractor, D.T.D.C desolventizer-toaster, total negative pressure evaporator, paraffin recovery equipment, etc.

Oilseed Extraction Plant working method:
1, oil extraction plant is an advanced oil production craft, now widely applied to all kinds of oil crops extracting.
2. it is anganic solvent extraction method, the oil is extracted from oil seeds by contacting(soaking or spraying) of solvent and oil material .
3. the meal from extrator contains 25-35% solvent, for recovering solvent and getting better meal, solvent can be toastd by heating . high material layer toaster is usually applied to remove solvent from meal as well as dry extracted meal .
the desolventizer-toaster should be used to one-time extracted soybean meal.
4. the level rotation extractor is very widely applied at home and abroad , and it is specially suitable for high oil content of oil seeds and various prepressed oil cake .
